Yoga and meditation, a perfect complement to Ayurveda cure and wellness, is a great way to de- stress, develop strength, flexibility, and balance, and is conducted at the resort by our experienced instructor. As the name suggests, according to ancient Indian literature, practice of everyday Yoga involves breathing exercises, various physical postures, and relaxation techniques in an attempt to connect the body and mind.
Nikki’s Nest conducts yoga sessions for experts, moderates and beginners at 06:45 to 08:00, 08:15 to 09:30 and 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning accordingly, everyday from Monday to Saturday. We also have a brief spell of meditation welcome to all from 11:00 to 11 30. Taking into consideration the common request by many of our clients who wished to sleep in late at least one day in a week to experience the joy of a vacation, we decided to keep Sunday mornings free from Yoga. This gesture doubles up as a day off for our Yoga instructor as well. Our Yoga platform soaks in the view of the ocean, energizing the mind and body, with positive energy flowing in from the nearby Hindu temple.
